How does the process work?

From measuring to making, the process of ordering your Lotus Romeo jacket couldn’t be easier.

We start your journey with a quick chat, discuss what you are looking to create, and if you have any ideas or boots/hats you would like to match.

Then, once the creative juices are flowing, we will send over initial design sketches showing your chosen jacket styles & colour combinations.

There is no limit to the changes we can make at this point – so ask away to see as many variations as you need! This can all be done at your convenience over WhatsApp or email.

Once we are close to choosing your final style, we will arrange a fitting call with one of our expert fitters, either at our showroom, at a show, or via Zoom!

Once we have your measurements and have agreed on your final design, we ask for a 50% deposit to place your order. This kicks off the making process, which begins with a pattern that is digitally created just for you. We keep this pattern on file, so ordering a new jacket is even easier!

Once your jacket is made and on its way to us, we will email an invoice for the final 50% payment, and once that is settled, your jacket will be on its way to you, ready to make you feel elegant & confident!
